Inspiration: Wendy's 60th Birthday Tea

Hello! This past weekend Wendy and her family celebrated her 60th birthday with a 'Mad Hatter's' Birthday Tea at the beautiful D'Ouwe Werf -  Food Emporium in Broadacres, Fourways. Due to dark and thundering clouds the party had to be moved inside, however I managed to take some pictures of the set-up in their beautiful, lush garden just in time! Here are a few photographs of the details of the day:




Debbie, Wendy's daughter in law who organised the party had the cute idea for the wording of the thank you tag: 'Thank you for celebrating this 'mad'stone with me' - Thank you Debbie for inspiring me!

    Hi,

    Just wondering if this was this at D' Ouwe Werf next to the kids play area, or at Buitengeluk, the main Cape Dutch building...?

    I think they are all owned by the same people...

    Awesome venue!

    Hello Tibor,

    Yes, D'ouwe werf has two outside areas, one next to the kiddies play area and then on the other side (facing buitengeluk). It is a stunning venue and so beautiful!

    Wendy's 60th Birthday Tea party was mind blowing. The color scheme that had been used was superb. I am totally impressed with these cute photos from this party. My mom’s birthday is coming and she wants to host a unique party at one of the local Los Angeles event venues soI’ll suggest her to use this theme for her birthday bash.
