Inspiration: Lyn's 60th Birthday Tea Party

Hello! Today I am sharing a few pics of Lyn's 60th Birthday Tea Party held at the Food Emporium, Broadacres. They chose the Modern Vintage Mad Hatters Theme {available here}. I just loved the one lady's headpiece and look at the cute cake that Jean-Mari from the Food Emporium created for this event.

Weddings: Nadin & Andreas

Hello! Today I would like to share some images of Nadin & Andreas's elegant Austrian wedding. Because they are currently residing in South Africa and love our proteas, the 'protea' was a must and had to be incorporated into the design of their stationary and flowers. All the stationary was finished with a high gloss laminate and it looked all so stylish. Check out their cute little 'schnapps' favours and the matching vinyl numbers plate for the wedding car!

Dear Nadin & Andreas, I wish you much love and happiness on this journey together!

With Love,
Liezel

Advent Calender 2012 {Free Stuff!}

Hello! This year I managed to have my Advent Calender ready a whole 10 days earlier than last year, Yay! I collect little gifts though out the year so that I don't have to rush around for 24 {times two!} gifts last minute.

As we celebrate the holidays in the heat and far, far away from snow and cinnamon-smelling markets, I decided to make a fresh & festive, red & white, mini flag design. These little flags are easy to cut out and can be glued to envelopes, little boxes or paper bags. I found pretty silver bags at Party Spot for R1 each. Decorated each bag with a bit of ribbon {and my beloved double-sided tape}. It was a bit tricky to hang them up, so I used little pegs (with green trees) to keep them in place. The 2 x A4 PDF's with the numbers from 1-24 can be downloaded below.

Download your FREEBIE here!

Matching Personalised 'Name' Flags (as per the Lilli example above) are available at R30 per name, and will be emailed to you in a printable PDF format. Send your request to {hello at matchsetlove.co.za}.

I always appreciate each comment and please send me a photograph of your calendar! We all love to be inspired.

With Love,

Liezel

Inspiration: Wendy's 60th Birthday Tea

Hello! This past weekend Wendy and her family celebrated her 60th birthday with a 'Mad Hatter's' Birthday Tea at the beautiful D'Ouwe Werf -  Food Emporium in Broadacres, Fourways. Due to dark and thundering clouds the party had to be moved inside, however I managed to take some pictures of the set-up in their beautiful, lush garden just in time! Here are a few photographs of the details of the day:

Debbie, Wendy's daughter in law who organised the party had the cute idea for the wording of the thank you tag: 'Thank you for celebrating this 'mad'stone with me' - Thank you Debbie for inspiring me!
